DomainsTrue Statement of Privacy

DomainsTrue is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal
information on our Web sites and developing technology that gives you the
most powerful, safe, online experience.
Collection of your Personal Information
DomainsTrue explicitly asks when it needs information that personally
identifies you ("Personal Information") pertinent to the specific product or
service you are choosing to use or subscribe to on the web sites. This
information can include your e-mail address, name, address, telephone
number, and credit card number, as applicable. DomainsTrue also may ask for
non-personal information or demographic information.

DomainsTrue and our DomainsTrue affiliates and service partners use your
personal information to operate the DomainsTrue sites and to provide the
services you have requested. The information is also used to communicate
with you regarding your DomainsTrue accounts by sending out periodic
newsletters that are considered as essential to the operation of the
service. The non-personal information is used to compile general demographic
statistics which is shared in the aggregate with advertisers. For example:
(a) if you are using our submission service, a completed search engine
application which includes the personal information you submitted, may, per
your request, be forwarded to a particular search engine or directory We use
your e-mail address as your service username. We chose this since this
ensures that everyone has a unique username and the username is easy to
remember. We also use your e-mail address to respond to incoming service and
support requests from you, to collect customer feedback, customer
satisfaction surveys, sweepstakes notices, and other service informational
mailings.
We ask for your postal address because some of our services require a
mailing address so that we can completely perform the service. For example
using this information for credit card validation.
DomainsTrue may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by
law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a)
conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on
DomainsTrue, DomainsTrue or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or
property of DomainsTrue; the site or the users of DomainsTrue ; or, (c) act

example, when subscribing to a service which involves a third party to

Control of your Personal Information
As part of your participation in any of the DomainsTrue services,
DomainsTrue allows you to elect to receive certain information and e-mail
from DomainsTrue and its service partners. There are two types of
information sent to , customers: 1) account specific information; and, 2)
promotional and customer feedback information.
Account specific communications include information that is essential for
the service to operate properly. This includes the initial welcome mail
describing features and guides to a particular service. It also includes any
communications describing any changes or updates to a particular service or
billing schedule. Because account specific communications are essential to
providing the customer with the most current information on services these
types of communications will be sent to all customers when appropriate.
These types of communications are considered an essential part of the
service for which you have signed-up for and you will not be able to
unsubscribe from such mailings.
Promotional and customer feedback information includes special promotional
offers, sweepstakes, contests, and/or customer surveys. For this type of
information, the customer has the ability to opt-in or opt-out from
receiving this type of information. The customer also has the ability to
change their opt-in/out preferences at any time, either by changing their
personal information, described in the next section, or by following the
unsubscribe instructions provided in each mailing.
Please be aware that this Privacy Statement and the choices you make on this
site will not necessarily apply to personal information you may have
provided to DomainsTrue in the context of other, separately operated,
DomainsTrue products or services.
Changes to your Personal Information
You may update, edit the personal information you have shared with
DomainsTrue , at any time when you are on the Web site, from within your
DomainsTrue Control Center by clicking the "Edit Profile" link.
If you have chosen to receive information from and then at a later date
decide you do not wish to continue receiving such information, you can
unsubscribe by following the instructions in the e-mail. If are not
currently receiving information and you would like to, you can do so by the
following the instructions outlined below. For all DomainsTrue services, you
can make changes to your personal information through the "Edit Profile"
page in the Control Panel. To do this:
From the homepage, log into your account by entering your username and
DomainsTrue password.
From the Control Panel page, click the "Edit Profile" button.
Modify your information and click the Update button to save the changes.

As a part of some of DomainsTrue services, you can choose to store your
customer's and their company information on 's servers. secures your
customer's information on computer servers in a controlled, secure
environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

To make it easy and convenient for you to login to our services, the
DomainsTrue site does require you to enable cookies to utilize our services.
Because we use cookies, you can bookmark your DomainsTrue start page and
